The Michigan Pet Fund Alliance produces a monthly e-publication.  Quarterly the publication is a Newsletter and the months in-between is a bulletin which addresses different topics related to no more homeless pets and becoming a "no-kill" state.  The Pet Fund does not sell any mail or e-mail addresses and you can unsubscribe at any time.
