Every shelter and rescue organization is different and deals with different issues and problems. One size does not fit all. However, doing things the same way they have always been done is not necessarily the best for the operation of the facility/organization or the welfare of the animals. The No Kill Equasion is a set of programs that has been proven to achieve saving all healthy and treatable dogs and cats - or becoming no kill.  The following documents have been prepared so that a self assessments can be conducted and from the assessment a strategic plan can be prepared for positive change.
